About The Opportunity
We're looking for a detail-oriented, operationally strong Sr. Associate to join our Revenue Operations team and provide dedicated support to our Sales, Onboarding, and Success functions. You'll work within each team on their own terms - going deep on their processes, their tracking, and their operational needs.
Each team has distinct workflows and goals, and your job is to make sure each one is running smoothly from the inside. You'll partner closely with a Sr. Manager to set priorities, and you'll be the person each team leads relies on to keep their operational house in order. If you're someone who gets energized by depth over breadth and takes real pride in making teams around you more effective, this is for you.
You will sit at the strategic center of our Sales, Onboarding, and Success teams with real visibility into how GTM decisions get executed. It is a fantastic opportunity to bring immediate operational lift, lay down the foundational systems that power our revenue growth, and grow your career as we scale our Revenue Operations capability.
The Impact You Will Make
Sales Operations Support
Revenue Tooling & Outreach Architecture: Own and optimize sales enablement technologies (including telephony, SMS, and outreach tooling) to increase rep contact rates and improve merchant acquisition efficiency.
Merchant Incentive & Payout Governance: Own the end-to-end reconciliation and management of merchant incentive payouts - auditing deal structures, validating eligibility criteria, and optimizing the payout process to ensure accurate, timely distribution while eliminating financial leakage or manual errors.
Deal Architecture & Hygiene: Oversee agreement structures and opportunity management inside Salesforce to eliminate friction in closing merchant accounts.
Onboarding Operations Support
Accelerating Time-to-Revenue: Re-architect onboarding workflows to shorten the window from contract execution to "Go Live," directly accelerating revenue realization for new merchant accounts.
Capacity & Pipeline Visibility: Build tracking infrastructure and calendar/SMS enablement tools that give GTM leadership clear visibility into onboarding capacity, merchant drop-offs, and ramp milestones.
Cross-Functional Handoff Optimization: Eliminate data gaps and friction between Sales and Onboarding, ensuring seamless merchant transitions and zero lost deal velocity.
Success Operations Support
Merchant Health & Target Attainment: Develop/monitor performance tracking and dashboarding that surfaces underperforming merchants early, enabling targeted AM interventions that protect recurring revenue.
Assist in Developing/Maintaining “Next Best Action” Functionality: ensuring account managers have timely, relevant guidance to drive merchant engagement
Page Layout & Workflow Optimization: Structure CRM workspaces around Account Manager execution- ensuring high-value growth indicators are front and center while stripping away operational clutter.
Support revenue-driving projects and initiatives, providing operational lift to help the team execute against growth targets
Process & Documentation
Scalable SOPs & Playbooks: Write and deploy high-impact Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that drive consistent GTM execution, process adoption, and accountability across all three functions.
System Integrity as a Growth Lever: Maintain uncompromised CRM data hygiene and enforcement rules, ensuring executive leadership relies on single-source-of-truth reporting to make key commercial decisions.
What You Bring to the Table
2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM support role
Revenue-First Mindset: you naturally link operational updates, data hygiene, and workflow changes directly to top-line business metrics (conversion rates, time-to-live, net revenue retention).
Exceptionally Organized: you build systems, maintain trackers, and close open loops without being asked
Hands-on CRM Proficiency: strong experience with Salesforce (building reports, custom fields, page layouts, validation logic, and automated workflows).
Analytical Rigor: proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, logic modeling, data scrubbing) with the ability to turn messy data into clear strategic insights for leadership.
Process Architecture & Change Management: proven track record of writing actionable SOPs and driving adoption across fast-paced sales and customer-facing teams.
Execution Discipline: high autonomy, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing competing high-impact initiatives across multiple business leads.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
