Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and team‑oriented individual to join our sales team. Our approach centers on educational, no‑pressure sales, and we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication abilities, and solid clerical skills. This full‑time role averages 40–45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays floating between the Akron/Canton area and Wooster with training in Cleveland. Pay is set up as Base + Commission.
Store Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10 AM–8 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members
- Strong clerical accuracy, attention to detail, and basic math proficiency for processing transactions
- A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn retail operations
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers warmly and create an educational, supportive shopping environment
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and industry trends
- Deliver excellent customer care by addressing questions and resolving concerns
- Assist with stocking, organization, and maintaining a clean, inviting showroom
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when handling calls and inquiries
