- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, dietary department work, or restaurant kitchen experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards in production, and food safety management practices.
- Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills, slicing methods, and general food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards supporting kitchen operations and serving guests effectively.
