Titan Roofing is expanding into new markets and is hiring a Market Leader to build and run a local territory. This is a boots-on-the-ground, intrapreneur-style role with full ownership of sales, production oversight, and collections.
There is no onsite supervision. You report directly to ownership.
Responsibilities
- Create leads and generate new business
- Sell residential and commercial roofing projects
- Run inspections, estimates, and close deals
- Manage projects from contract to completion
- Coordinate with crews and internal teams
- Collect deposits and final payments
- Protect margins and branch cash flow
- Establish Titan Roofing’s presence in the local market
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales representatives
- Lead by example and uphold company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to close deals and manage jobs start to finish
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on jobsites as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Percentage of all branch revenue
- Performance-based earnings with strong upside

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
