What You'll Be Doing
- Providing executive leadership across multiple high-rise construction projects.
- Managing Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and site leadership teams.
- Driving programme, quality, safety and financial performance.
- Working closely with owners, architects, consultants and executive leadership.
- Leading project strategy from preconstruction through final delivery.
- Mentoring and developing high-performing project teams.
- Building long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager ready to step up, or similar leadership role.
- Extensive experience delivering ground-up concrete high-rise projects.
- Experience on luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality or large commercial towers.
- Track record managing projects valued at $150M+.
- Strong commercial, operational and client-facing experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
