As we continue to expand, we're looking for a highly motivated Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting great people with great opportunities.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is identifying and screening top talent for our clients and internal team.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and organize incoming job applications
- Conduct 10+ candidate screening interviews per day
- Evaluate candidates for experience, communication skills, culture fit, and professionalism
- Take detailed interview notes and candidate scorecards
- Present only the strongest candidates to leadership
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Partner with our leadership team to understand hiring needs
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience in the medical aesthetics, cosmetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or healthcare industry is a major plus
- Sales or customer service background is highly valued
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn, or recruiting software
- Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills
