Role Overview
Support the service department by sourcing, issuing, and tracking parts accurately and efficiently keeping technicians productive and downtime to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately fulfill parts requests for technicians
- Identify parts using electronic catalogs, vendor systems, and inventory tools
- Maintain inventory levels, process special orders, returns, warranties, and cores
- Issue parts to repair orders for accurate billing and tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and purchasing as needed
- Keep parts areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Assist with inventory counts, shipping/receiving, and front counter support
Qualifications
- Experience in parts, warehousing, or dealership environment (heavy-duty/diesel a plus)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts identification
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced shop
- Proficient with inventory or shop management software
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
