Overview
What You'll Do
- Acting as a bridge between departments to optimize productivity
- Communicate directly with the manager regarding operations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, and ownership
- Assist with scheduling service calls and updating schedules
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and production timelines
- Handle customer communications and appointment confirmations
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and general office administration
- Provide field support as needed, including delivering materials, coordinating logistics, and assisting installers with project-related needs
- Handle parts and materials, including stocking; must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
- Assist with ensuring technicians have the necessary products, information, and resources to maintain smooth workflows
- Create customer profiles and work orders as needed

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Two years of experience in inventory, project coordination, operations, or administration is preferred
This role is a blend of office administration and hands-on operational support. Some days you'll be coordinating schedules from your desk, and other days you'll be helping solve problems in the field, supporting our service team, and keeping projects moving forward.
Pay: $25.36 - $30.54 per hour
