Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales & Customer Service.
This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide studio, class, and schedule information to walk-in and phone prospects.
- Execute outgoing sales calls to meet set membership and package sales goals each shift.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable membership or package options.
- Utilize the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Check in clients for scheduled classes and ensure a smooth front-desk experience.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general scheduling inquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues within the scope of the role.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support coaches and management with daily studio operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment (light to medium cleaning duties).
- Help foster a positive, energetic, community-focused atmosphere for all members.
Availability
Club Pilates Westfield, Union, and Livingston are currently looking for open availability that includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (fitness industry is a plus!)
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Weekend availability highly preferred
