What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, analytical, and growth-focused marketing professional for an in person position who is passionate about helping businesses succeed. Whether your strengths are in SEO, Google Ads, Google Verified (Pay-Per-Lead), or a combination of all three, we're looking for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and deliver measurable results for our clients.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent written communication abilities, and a desire to stay ahead of evolving digital marketing trends. Experience with WordPress and other various CMS platforms, basic website technologies, and digital marketing platforms is preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is equally important.
This position works to develop strategies that increase visibility, generate leads, improve conversion performance, and support long-term client growth. Work will be in the office to coordinate with other team members (no remote applicants will be considered).
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Analyze client websites and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities
- Optimize website content, service pages, blogs, metadata, internal linking, and user experience
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance metrics
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Develop local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with web designers and developers to improve website performance and search visibility
Google Ads (PPC)
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting analysis
- Write compelling ad headlines, descriptions, and conversion-focused messaging
- Monitor campaign performance, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
- Improve Quality Scores through optimization and testing
- Perform A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize lead generation opportunities
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop local, regional, national, and industry-specific advertising strategies
- Create detailed reporting and performance recommendations
Google Verified (PPL)
- Manage and optimize Google Verified and Local Services Ads campaigns
- Improve lead quality and lead volume through strategic optimization
- Monitor lead performance, lead quality, booking rates, and conversion trends
- Ensure business profiles maintain compliance with Google policies and requirements
- Optimize service areas, business information, and customer review strategies
- Track and report on campaign performance and lead outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility and increase qualified lead generation
- Work closely with clients to ensure profile accuracy and service alignment
General Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members in an in-office environment
- Demonstrate genuine care for client success and business growth
- Protect confidential client information and maintain professionalism at all times
- Develop strategic recommendations based on performance data and market trends
- Utilize industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, CRM platforms, keyword research, SERP tools, and project management systems
- Adapt strategies proactively based on industry changes and platform updates
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and campaign documentation
- Continuously pursue professional development and marketing education
Additional Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure preferred
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Entry-level to intermediate digital marketing experience preferred
Education
We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields. Equivalent professional experience, certifications, or demonstrated expertise will also be considered.
More important than a specific degree is a candidate's ability to learn, adapt, solve problems, and contribute to client success.
Location
This is an in-office position located in Orlando, FL.
Candidates should reside within Brevard County or the surrounding area and be able to work onsite with our team. ***Remote applicants, overseas contractors, and freelance-only applicants will not be considered for this role.***

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
