California IVF Fertility Center is a privately owned clinic in Sacramento California. We are seeking a full-time nurse practitioner, or physician assistant (PA), with infertility experience. For over 20 years, we have provided quality care to patients in the Northern California region as well as across the United States and overseas. We currently have one location in a 16,000 sq ft space with an on-site embryology lab, AAAHC accredited surgical suite for operative hysteroscopies, abdominal myomectomies and tubal reversal surgeries, and an in-house clinical lab. In addition to our own in-house egg donor program, we also operate the California Conceptions Donor Embryo program which serves patients travelling from other states and other countries. We are proud to be ranked 27th in Newsweek's Top Fertility Centers for 2024.
Sacramento is located within 1-2 hours of San Francisco and the Bay Area, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and many other interesting places to explore.

Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated practitioner that wants to be part of a team that is committed to our patients and their outcomes. Our patient flow is very efficient, and the advanced practice providers are supported by a team of staff that love what they do. We have a nurse practitioner on staff with practice guidelines already in place to allow you to manage your patients and team of coordinators while performing all aspects of fertility care other than surgical procedures.
- New Patient Visits
- Intrauterine Insemination
- Saline Contrast Ultrasounds
- Endometrial Biopsies
- Protocol assignments and cycle management
- Embryo Transfers (will provide training)
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Licensed by the Physician Assistant Board (PA)
- Licensed in California with furnishing number
- Experience in reproductive health, infertility, or women's health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We believe an experienced nurse practitioner is a vital part of our provider team. We are offering up to $165,000 depending on experience. Employee benefits including 401(k).
