The Model Bartender is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor service standards while complying with all applicable SNHD requirements. Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments and strong communication skills. They should possess extensive knowledge of bartending, from fundamentals to crafting drinks. The Lounge Bartender upholds AREA15's highest standards. Please note that this job description is a summary of duties and serves as a broad guide to the position's expected responsibilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Maintain an attractive image to align with the venue's theme.
- Pose for promotional pictures in uniform or designated apparel.
- Participate in themed events, movie showings, and marketing activities.
- Provide exceptional, professional, and friendly customer service.
- Set up the bar for operations and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Perform various job-related tasks as required by management.
- Mix and serve beverages, following department policies.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
- Handle credit transactions accurately.
- Keep a clean and hygienic workstation following health standards.
- Provide accurate inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Be knowledgeable about the venue's offerings.
- Monitor and address guest concerns or disruptive behavior.
- Respond to complaints positively and correct errors.
- Maintain a professional appearance, composure, and focus.
- Uphold high standards of integrity.
- Perform assigned job-related duties.
