Pay: $27–$33 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, seasonal with limited winter hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rare Saturdays

LaMere Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader who wants to grow into a management role over time.

Responsibilities
- Lead a landscape maintenance crew on daily routes
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and professionalism on every property
- Train and coach crew members
- Communicate with leadership about progress, issues, and needs
- Protect equipment, client property, and team safety
Requirements
- Landscape maintenance experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Able to tow and maneuver a trailer
- Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment
- Strong communication and accountability
- Able to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
