Prepare menu items as directed on the Production Sheet
Follow recipes and menu as outlined by Catering by LEGENDS Global standard recipe book or as directed
Maintain quality food production standards of Catering By LEGENDS Global
Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions and environment.
Prepare cold food items, including but not limited to:
salads, sandwiches, and hors d’oeuvres, as instructed by the Production Sheet or the Manager.
Follows all rules and regulations of Catering by LEGENDS Global
Safely operates all equipment used at the location.
Maintains safety, sanitation, and health code standards
Performs other related duties as assigned by Executive Chef/Sous Chef/ Manager/Supervisor
