As our Sod Crew Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our sod installation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising a team of sod crew members to complete high-quality installations.
- Managing all aspects of sod installation with precision and expertise.
- Operating equipment such as forklifts, Kubota tractors, and other landscape machinery.
- Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly (clean driving record required).
- Communicating effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members and customers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following to the table:

Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience directly related to sod installation.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of sod installation processes and the ability to operate landscape equipment.
- Clean Driving Record: Required to operate company vehicles.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, approachable attitude that puts our customers first.
