Position Overview
We’re hiring a Journeyman Electrician / Working Job Foreman to run small to mid‑sized projects, lead a crew of electricians/apprentices, and deliver high‑quality installations. This role blends field leadership with hands‑on electrical work and requires someone who can plan ahead, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving efficiently.
What You’ll Do
· Lead a crew of 1–4 electricians/apprentices
· Perform commercial and light industrial electrical installations
· Install conduit, wiring, panels, devices, lighting, and equipment
· Read and interpret blueprints and one‑lines
· Coordinate daily tasks, material needs, and jobsite sequencing
· Communicate with the Field Manager and Project Manager
· Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
· Mentor apprentices and support their development
· Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
What We’re Looking For
· Michigan Journeyman Electrician License (required)
· 4+ years commercial/industrial experience
· Experience leading small crews preferred
· Strong understanding of NEC and jobsite safety
· Ability to plan work, think ahead, and solve problems
· Professional communication and customer interaction skills
· Reliable, organized, and committed to high craftsmanship

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
