What You'll Do
- Call warm leads generated through our marketing efforts.
- Reach out to nail salons, beauty supply stores, and distributors.
- Build relationships with potential wholesale customers.
- Follow up consistently until deals are closed.
- Present products and promotions with confidence.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Keep detailed notes in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Work closely with management to improve sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or wholesale preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Beauty industry experience is helpful but not required.
