Salon Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time)

Vivid Salon is a full-service beauty salon offering hair, nails, lashes, brows, waxing, and beauty services in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule
* Part-Time
* Morning Shift
* Tuesday–Saturday
* Approximately 20–25 hours per week
* Additional hours may be available as needed

Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to appointment inquiries.
* Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using our salon booking system.
* Check clients in and out and process payments.
* Offer beverages and ensure clients feel comfortable during their visit.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Receive deliveries and organize incoming products.
* Assist with ordering salon supplies as needed.
* Light cleaning duties, including sweeping and keeping common areas tidy.
* Communicate with stylists and technicians to help appointments run smoothly.
* Assist with general front desk and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
* Organized with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
* Previous salon or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
