Product specialist will ensure that every customer receives personalized delivery experience of their newly purchased vehicle. You will review vehicle features and controls, with special emphasis on properly educating the customer about the technology in the vehicle. You will also assist sales department with off-site deliveries, other tasks as needed.
Delivery Specialist must maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge through continuous research and training classes. Develop and practice presentations for all vehicles and their features and maintain and utilize a collection of technology information and resources to assist in explanations.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
