About the Role
Rustic Roots Property Management is expanding its real estate portfolio across East Texas and seeking a motivated Property Acquisition Sales Representative. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position offering uncapped earning potential and no limit on the number of clients you can bring on.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential property sellers
- Present company services and secure listing agreements
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with property owners
- Manage your own pipeline and schedule independently
Compensation
- Earn 50% of the listing commission on every property you secure
- Uncapped income with no cap on client volume
- Flexible, self-directed schedule
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Background in sales or real estate preferred (not required)
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
