That's why we built the best culinary facility that lets us focus on our interests. Our new facility houses a pastry program, laminated dough program, sourdough program, whole animal butcher program, a flour mill, as well as a culinary fermentation lab.
This is a Job posting for the Executive Chef of Bobby Boy Restaurant Group. This position will have the highest regards for leadership and responsibility. You will be given the support needed to help grow our mission of great food and service in Winston Salem.

Job requirements
- Has knowledge of proper cooking techniques (roasting, braising, smoking, fermentation, sautéing, frying, dehydrating, sous vide
- ability to organize and execute a busy lunch/dinner service and cater events including wine dinners, banquettes, luncheons
- gives and receives professional criticism
- Has strong organizational skills
- sanitation and food safe accreditations ( servesafe and or HACCP
- ability to lead a team of 15-20.
- help build strong leaders by designing proper cross training programs
- Ability to professionally communicate with staff and customers
- build a positive culture through food and creativity
- ability to control a food cost of our design
- work with a marketing team to share our processes and beautiful food with our guest
- support a local food economy through utilizing our vast supply of local farmers
