American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room Circulator position requiring OK or Compact RN license and prior robotic surgery experience.

Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting
-
Serve as an OR Circulator supporting a variety of surgical procedures
-
Day shift schedule (5x8 hours), 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
-
Late-day shifts extending to 7:00 PM required on a rotating basis, approximately 1-2 times per week

Call is currently covered but may be required in the future

Uses Meditech as the primary charting system

Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of recent OR circulating experience required

Previous travel nursing experience required

Meditech charting experience required

Robotic surgery experience required

Experience with thoracic, general surgery, orthopedic, and urology procedures preferred

Skills in blood and blood product administration, infection control, laser and radiation safety, specimen handling, and Universal Protocol (Time Out) procedures preferred

Provide circulating support for a range of surgical specialties including thoracic, general, orthopedic, and urology cases

Ensure adherence to emergency management, fire safety, and infection control protocols during procedures

Perform specimen handling, labeling, and wound management as part of OR duties

Minimal RTO preferred, with fewer than 5 days recommended

Holiday RTO requests are not approved for part-time status and must be included at time of consideration
