Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Event Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property at Nissan Stadium. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment during events by monitoring activity, managing access points, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your presence will help create a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone involved while upholding the highest standards of security protocol. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of Titans games, concerts (Ed Sheeran, Usher & Chris Brown, Foo Fighters, etc.) and other large-scale events, utilizing your skills in surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Monitor event premises on-site patrols to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Control access points by verifying credentials, operating Evolv metal detection devices, and managing guest check-in procedures.
- Enforce event policies and regulations to ensure compliance among attendees and staff.
- Conduct thorough inspections of attendees, staff, and vendors to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs throughout each shift to document all relevant activities and occurrences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable but not required.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
- Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and assertive demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies with appropriate action plans.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods during events.
- Ability to obtain a Tennessee Unarmed Security License.
