What You'll Do
- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat clients.
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Negotiate deals and work closely with our finance team.
- Maintain knowledge of our inventory and current market trends.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends.
