Job Summary
The Reentry Specialist is a non-exempt position assigned to the York County Department of Probation Services, which staffs the York County Reentry Coalition. The Reentry Specialist is based at the Reentry Opportunity Center (ROC) on the campus of York County Prison.

Responsibilities
- Referral management, coordination of providers, data collection and analysis, database management, creation of statistical reports, planning and outreach document creation, communications, and administrative functions such as recording of meeting minutes, scheduling, and correspondence.
- This position provides a number of essential liaison duties to the justice system in interacting with community service providers and health and human services agencies.
- This specialized position works at the direction of the Reentry Supervisor and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the York County Reentry Opportunity Center (ROC), assisting to create collaborative partnerships, data collection, and statistical analysis of data from a wide variety of sources.
Essential Requirements
- Associates Degree is required or a high school diploma and four years’ experience in criminal justice or a combination of experience and training.
- Must pass all clearances as outlined in the Child Protective Services Law and a pre-employment drug screen.
