Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures to maintain high-quality offerings and compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise kitchen management and culinary teams, ensuring optimal food production, quality control, and timely service.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct staff training sessions focused on customer service excellence, food safety management, and operational procedures to foster a motivated team environment.
- Handle shift management by coordinating schedules, managing staffing levels, and ensuring excellent customer experiences during peak hours.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to optimize restaurant performance.
- Excellent communication abilities for staff training, interviewing candidates, and managing customer relations.
- Previous experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
