Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- Educate customers on AT&T fiber and wireless plans, device features, and bundled service benefits using approved campaign materials and digital tools.
- Assist with account setup, document verification, and service activation through CRM platforms to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Monitor customer interactions, service milestones, and feedback to support campaign reporting and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal AT&T teams to resolve service delays and maintain timely delivery across wireless activations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting, retention efforts, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Share customer insights and engagement trends to help refine outreach strategies and improve fiber and wireless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, marketing, or business is a plus.
- Experience in customer engagement, sales support, or account coordination, preferably in telecom, wireless, or subscription-based services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide customers through wireless plan selection, device setup, and service activation.
- Proficient in CRM systems, with a focus on tracking engagement data, campaign performance, and service resolution timelines.
- Available during business hours and scheduled campaign activations, with flexibility to support outreach efforts and ensure service alignment across AT&T wireless initiatives.
