We are seeking a motivated and skilled mobile RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicle systems to ensure our customers’ adventures are safe, reliable, and enjoyable. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, including troubleshooting electrical faults and conducting system repairs using automotive electrical knowledge and power tools.
- Repair and maintain mechanical components such as transmissions, shocks & struts, brakes, suspensions, HVAC systems, and diesel engines to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including RV plumbing system diagnostics and troubleshooting leaks or blockages.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Execute routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, suspension checks, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
- Diagnose issues related to RV electrical systems and perform electrical repairs or system diagnostics with precision.
- Assist with assembly or equipment repair tasks as needed while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background with strong automotive diagnostics skills.
- Extensive electrical experience including RV electrical system repair and automotive electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Mechanical knowledge covering transmissions, brake repair, shocks & struts, HVAC systems, and diesel engine repair.
- Familiarity with plumbing system maintenance and repair within RVs or similar vehicles.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and heavy lifting techniques required for vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting along with complex diagnostic procedures using automotive diagnostic tools.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication to explain repairs effectively to clients.
