Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other licensed professional
- Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to ensure accurate tracking of treatment outcomes
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care skills
- Use applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors in children and individuals with autism
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality and security of all medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to develop, update, and implement care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Create a positive, engaging environment that promotes learning, patience, and behavioral health growth
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies
- Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in developing independence skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation procedures, and medical records management
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward teaching and supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
