Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual Cellphone Store Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join our vibrant retail team in Springdale & Spanish. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional client service and expert guidance on our latest mobile devices and accessories. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in both Spanish and English, creating a welcoming environment
- Assist clients in selecting the best cellphone plans, devices, and accessories based on their needs
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using cash handling and data entry procedures
- Provide comprehensive customer support by answering questions about products, services, and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and store policies to inform customers effectively
- Use Microsoft Office tools to document sales activities, inventory levels, and customer feedback
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with potential clients or promote special offers
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred but not required, we offer paid training
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills and a friendly demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and outbound calling is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
