Position Responsibilities:
- Assist Inspectors with data gathering in multifamily buildings. Apartments and common areas will be inspected to ensure that energy-saving equipment is installed and operating correctly.
- Assist with development of reports on inspection findings. Report templates and oversight will be provided.
- Utilize tablets to record data on energy and water usage and condition of equipment.
- Perform tenant outreach tasks including posting of notices and engaging residents to facilitate access.
- Participate in the development of presentations for technical trainings to be delivered to building operators on energy-efficient operation of their buildings. Intern will learn about O&M best practices as part of this project and apply that knowledge in their development work as well as in the inspections above.

- Experience in residential energy conservation is a plus.
