Active OT license required if applicable

No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided

Valid U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration

No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Up to 5 days of RTO allowed but must be made up during the assignment

Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility accepted at a reduced bill rate
-
Candidates residing within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transition to a facility outside the radius
