About the Position
This is not a traditional food runner or busser position.
We're looking for a Restaurant Support Specialist—someone who becomes the backbone of our daily operation by supporting both our front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Your first priority is assisting our guests and supporting our servers. During slower periods, you'll help with restaurant operations, prep, organization, and keeping everything running efficiently.

Responsibilities: Guest Service
- Run food and drinks quickly and accurately
- Assist servers throughout service
- Bus, clean, and reset tables
- Refill beverages and assist guests as needed
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and takeout orders
- Package takeout orders accurately
Restaurant Operations
- Restock supplies throughout the restaurant
- Assist with light kitchen prep and seafood preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Take out trash and recycling
- Assist with limited dishwashing when needed
- Open and close portions of the restaurant
- Run occasional grocery and restaurant supply errands
- Help wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating efficiently
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision
- Comfortable switching between guest service and operational tasks throughout the day
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Comfortable running occasional grocery and restaurant supply errands using company reimbursement for approved purchases
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We can teach the technical skills we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Experience with seafood, fish preparation, or food service is a plus.
