Goodwin & Company is looking for a highly motivated, customer service oriented Assistant Manager for a fast-growing company. Your mission would be to provide support to the on-site Association Manager along with event and activities coordination to serve the residents of the assigned Community Association.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
- Assist in the daily operations of the amenities and recreation facilities.
- Meet and greet homeowners/residents that walk into the office.
- Answer incoming office phone calls as needed.
- Return emails and voicemails same business day, or next business day at the latest.
- Assist in administering facility card access and badge ID systems.
- Assist in conducting New Resident Orientations.
- Understand Community Association policies and rules.
- Support Community Association Manager in enforcement and administration.
- Assist with maintenance of office equipment and supplies and overall appearance of the amenities and recreation facilities.
- Provide content and regular updates to residents and members of the board. Administer reservation schedule and process for Resident’s Community Center & other community amenities.
- Perform other routine office or community operations functions or procedures as required, including, but not limited to, community compliance inspections.
ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
- Work with all committees, and the Community Association Manager, to plan and administer special events, programs and activities within the allotted program budget.
- Create and implement a promotional plan and volunteer support for all events and programs (i.e. flyers, website, email blast, newsletter)
- Solicit community sponsors and partners for events and the community as a whole.
- Maintain a calendar of activities, on paper and online.
- Shop and purchase all event "props,” refreshments and decorations, as needed.
- Maintain a record of all expenses.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a variety of priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver license and have a clear motor vehicle record.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office, Word and Google Docs and comfortable working online and in various databases.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
