Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers by providing timely, accurate, and courteous support. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, processing orders or requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience that supports customer satisfaction, retention, and company reputation.
Duties
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
