Position Summary:
We are seeking a polished and guest-focused Part-Time PM Host to join our evening team. As the first impression of the restaurant, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to tables while maintaining proper seating flow
- Communicate wait times and assist with guest inquiries
- Answer phones and handle reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or host experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
