The role will be responsible for showroom and telephone customer intake, scheduling customer visits, entering important data into our CRM tool, and other duties as assigned. Job Responsibilities
- Receive customers in showroom and outreach by phone
- Capture important customer data including preferences,needs, wants, desires, big picture/little picture details and entering into CRM tool
- Evaluate and respond to daily leads generated via email/referrals/proposals and conducting audits to ensure follow-ups are complete
- Able to guide a conversation through the purchase funnel, emphasizing product features and benefits, customer value, service, product features and benefits
- Work collaboratively with management to schedule customer visits, minimizing schedule conflicts, rework and errors
- Provide recommendations to the marketing team for sales collateral
- Support a pipeline of sales opportunities and work with the leadership to pursue them
- Monitor competitors and market conditions

- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in customer service functions (construction related industries preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled with multi-tasking, prioritize appropriately and managing time to meet established deadlines. Two-year Associate’s Degree, its equivalent, or higher education (combination of school and work experience may be substituted)
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
