Overview
ATMA Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Corporate Facilities Manager specialized in hotel environments to lead the maintenance and operational excellence of our hotel portfolio. This role is vital in ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to facilities management, driving continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams across multiple hotel properties, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the management of mechanical systems repair, HVAC system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system upkeep, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage facilities repair procedures, including schematics interpretation, electrical system diagnostics, high voltage and low voltage electrical work, and mechanical troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters.
- Coordinate large-scale projects involving facilities upgrades or renovations through effective project management practices.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety reports, and repair logs to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC system repairs, or electrical system upgrades.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations while managing facilities maintenance teams to foster a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven management experience supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems repair, plumbing maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
- Familiarity with facilities management software such as CMMS platforms for scheduling and recordkeeping purposes.
- Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards relevant to hotel facilities operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting, documentation, and team coordination.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
