As the Customer Success Manager, you become the trusted advisor for every customer after they purchase their RV.
You'll guide customers through their ownership journey while helping them get the most from their investment.
- Welcoming every new owner into the Vogt VIP ownership experience.
- Introducing customers to our Express Service and VIP Membership programs.
- Coordinating 45-Day, Maintenance 1, Maintenance 2, annual maintenance, and seasonal service appointments.
- Proactively contacting customers-not waiting for the phone to ring.
- Recommending maintenance, upgrades, accessories, and Adventure Supply Co. products that improve the ownership experience.
- Building lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinating with Sales, Service, Parts, Warranty, and Finance to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
- Owning customer concerns from start to finish and making things right.
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction while generating additional service and accessory revenue.

RV experience is helpful, but relationship-building, communication skills, and a passion for serving customers are even more important.
Sales and/or marketing experience is required to be successful.
This position directly impacts dealership growth and will be evaluated on measurable business results, including:

- Accessory and Adventure Supply Co. sales
