Crystal Hospitality Group, a hospitality construction company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong executive administrative experience along with knowledge of hospitality, construction, or related industries. Experience supporting legal coordination, marketing and business operations, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and executive communications is highly preferred.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, solves problems efficiently, and helps keep executive priorities, communication, and operations running smoothly at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive calendar and travel management
- Meeting coordination, preparation, and follow-up
- Administrative and operational support Executive communication management
- Assistance with business, legal, and marketing coordination
- Supporting leadership with daily priorities and special projects
- Helping manage priorities across multiple projects and departments
Qualifications:
- Previous Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, construction or related industries preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
