Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant, including dining spaces, kitchens, and restrooms
- Assist in food preparation and presentation while adhering to food safety management practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation procedures to promote a safe environment for staff and guests
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of stock shortages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers!
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is highly desirable
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during high-volume periods
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols
