In this energetic role, you will operate various types of buses—including motor coaches, and shuttle vehicles—to transport groups safely to their destinations. Your expertise in driving, customer service, and vehicle maintenance will ensure every trip is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Responsibilities
- Safely operate charter buses, motor coaches and shuttle vehicles for group transportation needs
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and mechanical readiness
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, and answering questions
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe and efficient trips
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and passengers using effective communication skills
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs
- Perform routine bus maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport
- Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving roles with a strong safety record
- Mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and assist with maintenance needs
- Experience operating paratransit vehicles or motor coaches is highly desirable
- Communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members
- Knowledge of bus driving regulations, school bus protocols, and limousine services preferred
- Ability to handle various vehicle types including paratransit vans, motor coaches, and shuttle buses
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude at all times

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
