We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our department running smoothly. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to management and team members, handle a variety of office tasks, and help maintain efficient operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out instructions and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Stay up to date on company policies and answer internal and external questions confidently
- Perform general office duties including mail handling, filing, phone support, data entry, copying, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Maintain departmental records, files, and paperwork
- Research and compile reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with care and discretion
- Provide backup support and training within the department as needed
- Build and maintain positive working relationships
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
What You Bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
Your Background:
High school diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Primarily desk-based work with computer use
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
