Overview
Acute Medical Staffing is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem opportunities in South Jersey, primarily in Camden County and surrounding counties including Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May, Voorhees, Carneys Point, Vineland, Ocean View, and Old Bridge.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report changes promptly to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications safely following established protocols and document all medical records accurately within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks.
- Support infection control practices through aseptic techniques and proper hygiene procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Assist with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, behavioral health, hospice, and palliative care.
- Perform technical procedures including catheter care, phlebotomy, wound dressing changes, and basic life support when required.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient, outpatient, urgent care, or community settings to optimize patient outcomes.
Experience
Candidates should possess prior experience in diverse healthcare environments such as; Long Term Care Facility
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities.
- Skills in medication administration and patient service across diverse age groups including pediatrics and seniors.
Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
