Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This is not a typical admin role—our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and become a trusted right hand to leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes genuine ownership of their work. You must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities. Fresh ideas and process improvements are encouraged following a successful 30-day probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, file organization, and office coordination
- Manage calendars, appointments, and internal workflows to ensure smooth operations
- Use Microsoft Suite for data entry, document creation, reporting, and communication
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, strong phone etiquette, and excellent customer service
- Assist leadership with operational, administrative, and project-based tasks as needed
- Support social media and basic marketing efforts, including content posting and engagement
- Engage the public and other professionals at networking and marketing events, represent the company with pride and enthusiasm
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- All interviews include a Microsoft Word proficiency test and an Excel exam (functions required)
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Comfortable taking responsibility and ownership in a growing business environment
Skills That Are a Plus
- Canva or basic graphic/design experience
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar platforms)
- AI tools and automation experience
- Social media management or marketing support experience
- Basic design or branding knowledge

Pay Rate & Employment Terms
- Starting pay: $17/hour + performance-based bonuses
- Employment type: Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time
- Performance-based raises and bonuses available throughout the year
Expected Hours: 30–40 hours per week
