The Senior Admin Support / Project Information Specialist provides senior-level administrative and information specialist support to USTDA operations, including administrative policy implementation, facilities oversight, and conference room/AV management. This role also supports organizational process improvements and agency administrative functions. Secret clearance required.

Provide administrative management support to USTDA operations

Review grant and contract deliverables

Maintain IRC process documentation and implement improvements

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures

Provide staff training and technical assistance

Support travel management and onboarding/offboarding

Manage conference room reservations and event coordination

Perform physical room setup and AV troubleshooting

Conduct routine facility inspections and equipment checks

Maintain training center and conference room readiness

College degree in business or information management or related certifications

Minimum 10 years of administrative management experience

Active or obtainable Secret clearance

AV equipment support experience required

Experience supporting USTDA or similar federal agencies

Federal travel management systems experience

Conference center or training facility management experience

NARA records management knowledge

Experience supporting senior government officials or diplomatic events
On-site at the United States Trade & Development Agency in Arlington, Virginia.
