No Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers
Location: Arlington, TX
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for an OTR dedicated reefer account based out of Lancaster, TX. Run consistent freight across TN, IL, GA, and PA. This is a beginner-friendly position with trainees, first-seat experienced, and 1-year experienced drivers all welcome.

- Wide-open lane network across multiple states — consistent reefer freight
- Home time once a week or every two weeks — depending on location, could be home every 8–10 days

PAY:
- Sliding pay scale
- Average weekly pay: $1,367 – $1,512
- Driver Performance Bonus available
- Stop pay: $25.00 (for 1st extra stop)
- Short haul pay: same as OTR rate
- Weekly mileage: 1,800
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Solo and Teams (Driver can choose)
- Freight: Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, Drop and Hook
- Home Time: Once a week / every two weeks, 34-hour restarts
- Shift: Both day and night
- Holiday Work: Yes, unless requested off
LANE INFORMATION:
- Runs across TN, IL, GA, and PA.
- Hub cities include Dallas, Atlanta, Gary, Chicago, Palmyra, Memphis, and Richmond
EQUIPMENT:
- Reefer (temperature-controlled) trailers
- No specialized equipment required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- No endorsements required
- Teams accepted
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate CDL-A truck across a multi-state reefer network
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
