Pure Cleaning Services, LLC is hiring Bathroom & Break Area Attendants for a long-term project at the San Diego International Airport – Terminal 1 Redevelopment. This is a stable, multi-year position working inside secure areas at the airport for a major general contractor.
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in keeping facilities clean and safe. No prior experience needed — full training provided.
Position Overview:
You will be assigned to a project “Comfort Station” (bathroom area) and nearby break/hydration stations. Your job is to keep these areas clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.
This role is steady, predictable, and important to keeping the jobsite running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Bathroom Attendant Duties
- Clean bathroom stalls, sinks, counters, and toilets throughout the shift
- Restock soap, paper products, air fresheners, and supplies
- Inspect for graffiti, markings, or maintenance issues and report immediately
- Complete simple hourly inspection logs
Break Area & Hydration Station Duties
- Wipe down tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and maintain a clean refreshment area
- Keep hydration stations clean and stocked
General Expectations
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence
- Follow all airport and jobsite safety requirements
- Communicate clearly with supervisors
- Be punctual, consistent, and dependable
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay & Benefits:
- $21–23/hr starting pay (based on experience and shift)

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Must pass a TSA-style 10-year background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation to/from San Diego Airport
- Dependable and able to follow direction
Preferred (Not Required):
- Janitorial, housekeeping, or customer service experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
