What You’ll Do
- Help students board and exit the bus safely with a warm smile.
- Guide behavior to keep the ride respectful and enjoyable.
- Support students with special needs for a comfortable journey.
- Teach bus safety rules in an engaging way.
- Team up with the driver for smooth routes.
- Handle emergencies calmly and administer first aid if needed.
- Help keep the bus clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, friendly communication skills.
- Calm conflict management and behavior guidance.
- Familiarity with special education is a plus.
- Passion for creating a safe, supportive environment.
- Experience with kids in schools or childcare is a plus! We train as well!
