Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Multi-Unit Auto District Manager to lead multiple auto service and tire retail locations. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, developing business growth strategies, and inspiring teams across several districts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive service, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they can make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple auto service centers and tire retail locations within your district, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve processes, and maximize profitability across all locations.
- Lead, motivate, and coach store managers and team members to achieve business goals while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to sales, profit & loss, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for business development, including new market initiatives and community outreach efforts to expand customer base.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 or more years of experience in multi-unit Automotive District Management
- Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
- Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday (possible weekends.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
